SHIPPING POLICY

General Shipping Prices

  • Orders between £0.01 - £149.99 will incur a shipping fee of £3.99.

  • Orders of £150 and over will be eligible for free shipping.

Trading Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm


Placing an Order

Placing an order on our website does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any orders prior to order confirmation, invoicing, or processing payment. A confirmation email will be sent once we have received your payment and accepted your order. Accepting your order constitutes our contract with you to fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. If a product is deemed unsuitable for sale at the time of fulfillment, we will notify you and provide a refund if an alternative of the same product is unavailable.


Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed before 12pm (noon, London time zone) may be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be considered as placed on the following working day.

Working days do not include Sundays or bank holidays. In cases of extreme unforeseen circumstances causing delays, we will notify you accordingly.


Delivery (When Are Orders Shipped?)

Your orders will be dispatched once payment has been received and processed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details upon dispatch. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for shipping, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

Please note that although Royal Mail provides excellent service, occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will work to get your items to you as quickly as possible.


Delivery (How Long Will My Items Take to Arrive?)

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with an expected delivery time of 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an untracked shipping option, as we prioritize ensuring that all items are tracked and arrive safely. Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

To avoid missed deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel at the time indicated by the Royal Mail tracking system. If you are unable to receive the delivery, please use the tracking details provided to rearrange delivery with Royal Mail at a more convenient time.


Delivery Terms and Conditions

We always aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, using secure packaging to protect your items during transit. We provide tracked delivery and will work with Royal Mail to investigate any delayed or misrouted parcels, collaborating with you and Royal Mail to find a resolution.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 provides confirmation of delivery. Please monitor the tracking details provided upon order dispatch. We take Royal Mail's tracked receipt on delivery as confirmation that the parcel has been received. If you need to go out or cannot be there to receive your order, please contact Royal Mail in advance to arrange a more suitable delivery time.

Local Pickup/Collection

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a local pickup or collection option through our website.
